Lois Weissberg leads you into the exciting world of Kaffe Fasset. Join us for this FREE CLUB meeting. We will have plenty of inspiration, but be sure to bring anything you are working on or creating to show the group. We have such a great time seeing what others are working on and just enjoying each others company!

Join us for two days of sneaker making! Friday 10-2pm and Saturday 10-2pm as we work through the basics and get as much done as possible! The OPTIONAL first day FRIDAY includes fabric selection, quilting two of the fat quarters for the inside and outside of the shoe, and quilting one fat quarter folded in half for the tongues of the shoes. If you can’t make the Friday class, get that done in advance and join us for the assembly on Saturday. Then SATURDAY we will cut out the shoes, bind the quilted pieces, add rivets and sew the sides and tongues to the soles. We may even get a chance to do some customer shoe strings to give even more flair to these pieces of art. Please designate your shoe size, 6,7,8,9,10 or 11, and whether you want white or dark grey soles. On the first day - come as early as 9am if you need to pick fabric and shoes. We will open the shop to get your supplies. The retreat center will be available for overnight, any night from Thursday through Monday as needed.
