Mama Says…

Over the years many of you have attended events that I have hosted all over the country. Somehow, either through a funny memory or inquiry from the class, the subject of Mama always comes up. Being born and raised in Alabama gave me the traditional Southern raising of close family ties and, of course, plenty of colorful sayings. I love sharing these with those attending my classes and, due to many request over the years, have finally put a few down in writing. We are proud to present, Mama Says¦
