Peacocks - Baby

Whether you create this project or design your own, everyone is sure to love the Baby Peacocks. For the project we created a 6 block wall hanging using the larger 6³x10³ peacock designs. Each block is 10³ x 14³ when finished (don't forget to allow for seam allowances). First we embroidered all of the peacocks on a white cotton fabric with a small tone on tone pattern. Then we added a 1³ border between each block using different shades of blue grosgrain ribbon and then framed all four blocks with 2³ of the turquoise marble fabric. Once we were finished we bound the wall hanging with the gold marble cotton. There is an additional baby tutorial located on the CD-Rom that showcases different types of quilt patterns as well as instructions on how to create applique and stuffed animals as well.
